The online generator is an automated software tool that transfers and formats the data entered by the user into the structure of a declaration of conformity in accordance with Annex VIII of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR).

The provider does not carry out any substantive review, validation, or verification of the entered data. The generator only performs the technical processing of the information provided by the user.
The customer is obliged to provide all required information correctly and completely.
The provider assumes no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In the case of simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to foreseeable damage.
Liability for lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
We provide no guarantee for decisions, inspections, or measures taken by authorities or platforms (e.g. Amazon).
