LUCID registration is the first mandatory step for anyone selling packaged goods to end consumers in Germany – via Amazon, eBay, Etsy or their own shop. The registration itself is free, but error-prone: the wrong producer definition, missing brand names or an incomplete system participation lead to Amazon rejecting the number and blocking listings.
We guide you step by step through the registration – so that it is correct and complete and Amazon's automatic check accepts it the first time. You make the entries in LUCID yourself; we tell you what belongs in each field and check the result.
– check whether and in which role you are obliged to register (producer, importer, private label, dropshipping)
– guidance through the LUCID registration with the ZSVR including all brand names
– your LUCID number (DE + 13 digits), issued by LUCID right after registration
– help selecting a suitable dual system and setting up system participation
– instructions for the correct entry of the EPR data in Amazon Seller Central
– on request: guidance for the first volume report
You answer a few questions about sales channels, warehouse location and packaging. We tell you exactly what applies to you – and what does not.
You enter your company in LUCID – we are with you, explain every field and check the entries. Then we set up the system participation together and you enter the number in Seller Central with our instructions.
Once everything is running, you are independent. If brands or packaging change, new obligations arise or you have questions about volume reports, we are there again on request.

– LUCID registered but no dual system → still formally non-compliant
– number entered with spaces or hyphens → automatic rejection
