The online generator is an automated software tool that transfers and formats the data entered by the user into the structure of a declaration of conformity in accordance with Annex VIII of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR).
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of all entered data, including material information, recycling codes, quantities, and company and registration data.
The provider does not carry out any substantive review, validation, or verification of the entered data. The generator only performs the technical processing of the information provided by the user.
The paid services of the PPWR Declaration of Conformity Generator are offered exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal entities under public law and special funds under public law. No contract is concluded with consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity.
The presentation of the plans on the website does not constitute a binding offer. By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of payment and provision of the licence key.
Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe. Where payment is processed via Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts towards the customer as the seller (merchant of record) and is responsible for remitting the applicable value added tax. The payment service provider's terms apply in addition.
All prices stated are net prices in euros and are exclusive of statutory value added tax.
Where a valid VAT identification number from another EU member state is provided, the reverse charge procedure may apply. In this case no VAT is shown and the tax liability passes to the customer.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Upon payment the customer receives a licence key which unlocks access to the generator within the scope of the chosen plan: Basic three declarations of conformity, Pro up to ten declarations of conformity, Business 100 up to one hundred declarations of conformity.
A declaration of conformity is deemed used once it has been downloaded as a PDF. Unused allowances do not expire.
The licence key is not limited in time and remains usable for as long as the service exists. There is no entitlement to the service continuing indefinitely. Should the service be discontinued, the provider will inform customers with reasonable notice.
The licence key is tied to the purchasing company. Passing it on, selling, renting or otherwise transferring it to third parties is not permitted. In the event of a breach, the provider is entitled to block the licence key.
The customer may use the declarations of conformity created with the generator without restriction for their own business purposes.
All plans, including Business 100, are intended exclusively for the purchasing company's own products or packaging. Creating declarations of conformity for third parties' products or packaging (e.g. as a service provider, agency or consultant for clients) and reselling declarations of conformity or allowances are not permitted. For such use, the provider will make an individual offer on request.
The label generator is available to all users free of charge and does not form part of the paid service.
There is no right of withdrawal under Section 355 BGB, as the contract is concluded exclusively with entrepreneurs (see clause 3).
The service is deemed fully rendered upon provision of the licence key. A refund of the purchase price is excluded thereafter.
This does not affect statutory warranty rights or refunds granted as a gesture of goodwill, on which the provider decides at its own discretion in individual cases.
This clause relates exclusively to the online generator. The provider endeavours to maintain high availability of the generator but does not owe any particular availability rate. Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond the provider's control do not give rise to any claim for reduction or refund.
The customer is obliged to provide all required information correctly and completely.
The provider assumes no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In the case of simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to foreseeable damage.
Liability for lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The provider does not render legal services within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG) and does not provide tax advice. All services, information, tools and content are based on general knowledge of packaging law and do not constitute a legal assessment of the individual case.
Responsibility for compliance with all statutory obligations – in particular under VerpackG/VerpackDG, PPWR, ElektroG, BattG, EWKFondsG and the regulations of other EU states – remains exclusively with the customer. In legally unclear cases the customer is expected to consult a lawyer or tax adviser.
References to third-party providers (e.g. dual systems, authorised representatives) are non-binding. Contractual relationships arise exclusively between the customer and the third party; the provider is not liable for their services or prices.
The provider is obliged to inform the customer about future changes in the law only where this has been expressly agreed.
By placing an order the customer confirms having taken note of these provisions.
We provide no guarantee for decisions, inspections, or measures taken by authorities or platforms (e.g. Amazon).
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
