"Your listings have been deactivated due to missing EPR registration." If you have received this message from Amazon, every day counts. We clarify which number Amazon actually requires and guide you through the registration or the correction of the entry – so your listings are back online as quickly as possible.
We guide you through the registration in the LUCID packaging register, the system participation and the correct entry of the number in Seller Central. LUCID issues the number right after registration; Amazon verification usually within 2–5 working days. → LUCID registration service
We check format, company name, brand names and system participation against the LUCID register and show you how to fix the discrepancy. In most cases it is a detail – not the registration itself.
We assess whether your products really fall under these categories (often they do not) and support the additional registration only where it is genuinely required.

– LUCID registration service
Since 1 July 2022 marketplaces are legally prohibited from offering products of unregistered producers. Amazon enforces this with an automatic check: without a valid LUCID number listings are deactivated. This is not Amazon's discretion but the implementation of the German Packaging Act.
For packaging it is your LUCID registration number (format DE + 13 digits) from the Central Agency Packaging Register. Depending on the product, a WEEE number (electrical equipment) or a battery registration may be requested in addition.
Most common causes: spaces or hyphens in the number, the company name in Seller Central differs from the LUCID entry, a brand name is missing in the LUCID registration, or the system participation with the dual system is not yet recorded. We usually find the cause within a day.
After correct entry Amazon automatically verifies the number against the LUCID register, usually within 2–5 working days. Reactivation then follows without a further application.
No. The LUCID number covers your entire range and all channels. Additional numbers are only needed for certain product categories (WEEE, batteries, single-use plastics fund).
Error analysis and guidance for correcting the entry: €99 one-off. If no registration exists yet: guidance until the registration is complete, including dual system and Amazon entry, in the Professional package from €99 + €19/month.
